The Links at Mass Golf is an 18-hole, par 3 facility located in Norton and it is the home of The First Tee of Massachusetts. The facility has been owned and operated by Mass Golf since 2003. As one of the only state golf associations to have an ownership stake in a golf course, Mass Golf is demonstrating its commitment to growing the game by providing various learning and playing opportunities at The Links at Mass Golf for players of all ages and abilities. As the home of The First Tee of Massachusetts, The Links at Mass Golf provides many instructional programs for junior golfers throughout the year. From spring and summer and fall programs to after-school opportunities, the staff at The Links at Mass Golf continues to introduce children of all ages to the game of golf by providing programs that focus on fun and making sure everyone enjoys the game. In 2016, The First Tee of Massachusetts received a generous donation from the John D. Mineck Foundation. That support has allowed the program to grow and impact more youth.
2020 First Tee Spring Schedule Below is a list of First Tee of Massachusetts classes that were offered during the 2020 season.
Learn with First Tee of Massachusetts this spring, summer and fall at The Links at Mass Golf! Please see the schedule below for class descriptions. The cost for the sessions is $50 for 2020 The Links junior members and $100 for non-members. (Members will receive a $50 reimbursement after registration).
If you are new to the First Tee parent portal you will have to create the following.
You will need to create a parent account. Once You Have Accessed the Parent Portal. Verify that the participants you wish to register are listed in the dropdown menu. If they are not, click the orange “add participant” button. Create a profile for each child you wish to register. Choose the participant you wish to register. Then choose the class you wish to register them for. Once you have done this for each participant you wish to register, click “Checkout” to complete the registration process.

Spring PLAYer Level Classes Sundays: May 3 - June 21; 11 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Open to ages 7-17, PLAYer level is the entry level into The First Tee certification program no matter the golf skill ability or age of the participant. Participants are introduced to playing the game of golf while learning The First Tee Code of Conduct, The First Tee Nine Core Values, appreciating the rules and etiquette of the sport, and developing a young person’s golf skills.
Spring Par Level Classes Sundays: May 3 - June 21; 1:30-3 p.m. Continued emphasis on golf skills, rules of play, interpersonal skills and self-management skills on and off the course. Must be PLAYer certified or have completed at least two PLAYer level sessions. Minimum age: 9 years old.
Spring Birdie Level Classes Sundays: May 3 - June 21; 3:30-6 p.m. Continued emphasis on golf skills, course management, etiquette, and goal setting, on and off the golf course. Must be Par certified or have completed at least two Par level sessions. Minimum age: 11 years old.
